Production

Average production time is 3 weeks. All jewelry purchases must be and will be professionally inspected prior to delivery to ensure quality assurance. Shipping is generally 1-2 days and direct signature in all cases is required for security purposes.

Shipping

All items ordered from luxevvsjewelers.com will be shipped via FedEx/UPS/Parcel Pro to the shipping address given at the time of order. Sundays do not count as either a production day or shipping day. All clients must directly sign for his or her package. Any customer that fails to sign for and receive his or her package will be responsible for all shipping fees from that point forward. In certain cases, FedEx Pickup will be required. Sundays do not count as a either a production day or shipping day.
